We are conveniently located in beautiful historic Grapevine, Texas. Our state-of-the-art clean and comfortable office provides a relaxed and professional setting that meets your healthcare needs. Our friendly staff is professionally trained and available to serve you. We also have bi-lingual staff and interpreters that speak Spanish. Insurance and Payment Plans

We gladly accept most insurance plans and will file all of the necessary paperwork for you. Some of the major carriers that we are providers for include Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Health Care, Cigna, North Texas Healthcare, First Health, Triad, PHCS and Humana, just to name a few. We are usually able to provide a comparable plan even if we are considered out-of-network on your specific plan. We have seen some situations where out-of-network benefits exceed in-network benefits for the patient, i.e., Aetna. Dr. Day is also a provider for Medicare.

Don't have insurance? No problem! We have highly affordable fees and flexible payment plans allowing access to high quality care for you and your family.

Method of Payment

Payment for professional services rendered are due at the time of service unless arrangements are made. Methods of payment include: cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also offer financial plans such as Care Credit and Med Choice.
