Auto/Work Injuries

Treatment of injuries from motor vehicle accidents and work related accidents have become a specialty for Park West Chiropractic. Our knowledge in working with these types of injuries has improved dramatically over the years and we feel that we are on the cutting edge of providing the best care in the industry. Our goal is to restore your health to pre-injury status and to minimize any “physical souvenirs” from the accident.

In working with these types of injuries, our clinic handles most of the paper work. There will be some forms that may need to be filled out for the insurance companies or your employer if job related, but we can help you handle the hassles involved. In most cases, you as the patient have little or no out-of-pocket expenses.

Medical Referrals

There are times when other physicians are needed. We have a great referral relationship within the community and work closely with medical doctors, osteopaths, orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, pain management specialists and other health professionals to bring the most specific and necessary health care to you.

Diagnostic Imaging Centers

Occasionally, patients need to be referred out for additional diagnostic imaging such as MRI’s, CT Scans, Ultrasound, Bone Scans or other studies. We have several local imaging centers in the area that can provide us with these diagnostic studies.

Attorney Referrals

In most cases involving motor vehicle accidents, patients will benefit in having legal representation. An attorney knows how to play the “insurance game” and can advise you of all of your rights. Do not give any recorded or written statements to your insurer until you are sure you understand your coverage. Keep in mind that you are not required to allow the insurance company to record your telephone conversation. If you have any doubts, do consult with an attorney.

A great attorney will not cost you money but will ultimately be a good investment. Remember... insurance companies hire professionals, so should you.
